In an effort to continue promoting responsible travel in Vietnam, Footprint Vietnam Travel, is proud to support the Responsible Travel Club (RTC) by opening its doors to volunteer Ngyuen Thi Lan Chi (pictured here with some of the Footprint team).
Chi, a third year University student at the Hanoi University of Agriculture, has been volunteering with the RTC for almost 6 months now. In that time she has become a welcomed addition around the Footprint office. Her smile and sense of humour brightens up everyone’s day, and her dedication to the RTC and bettering Vietnam is more than inspiring.
Sitting on the 4th floor balcony at Footprint, enjoying a tea and some sunshine, Chi says that she feels lucky to have found RTC, getting the opportunity to work as a volunteer. “Working with RTC enables me to do actual things and make actual efforts to hopefully help Vietnam become a better place to visit and live.”
Chi also says that she loves to travel. She hopes that every tourist, travelling anywhere in the world, practices responsible travel.
