For the normal tourists, Safety is necessary the travel consultant should check but the double check is highly recommend if you are working with business travelers.
Smart: Smart Travelers – I think these are business travelers. Smarter business trips start with upfront planning. Everything will be planed first such as: flight ticket, accommodation, tour services…. Optimize the client visits by using a GPS or websites such as Google Maps to choose the best services and contact with local tour operator for plan of trip. Of course we should be smart travel consultant or professional tour operator. We should try to keep in touch with our client, understand quickly and rightly the need of guest ” hit the ball”. That is the way we can meet the business travelers.

Clear: Strict time and fix schedule- These are the most characteristics of business. So they do not have enough time to see the entire itinerary you offer. Just only just only the headlines or the main activities, services the business travelers will be interested in. So you need to show your itinerary clearly. Clear in activities, clear in time, clear in the payment method and included services as well. Especially, the itinerary should be as short as you can, the travelers will prefer.
Clean: If the guests do not mention, you have to ensure that the accommodation you offer should be clean. The business travellers not need the luxury accommodations but clean ones are most required.
Convenient: To be convenient for business travelers, the accommodations should be enough facilities and services such as: Wifi free at room, business center, the convenient public transports, meeting rooms, …..The small things will be the big problem sometimes if we do not care.
Obviously, the profit of business travel market is remarkable but nobody can deny the difficulty of approaching this market. The true value of travel equivalents with value of money is the most thing business travelers require. 2S + 3C – these are the key words I get after short time working as travel consultant.
