Creativity Workshop for Footprint Staff
The Footprint travel consultants have been very busy over the last three weeks. To take a little pressure off the day, Footprint held a Creativity Workshop. The workshop, which took up most of the afternoon, was a colourful, fun way to work together to make Footprint that much better for our guests.
The workshop started off with a painting challenge. With all the colours to choose from, Footprint staff let their imaginations run wild, and their creativity shine through on their paintings. By the end, each staff member had their own inspirational picture of a Vietnam destination. Some even painted pictures of each other enjoying the places they had painted. For some of the staff never painting before, there were some pretty amazing pieces.
The last half of the workshop was designed to take those creative juices and use them to begin to design new more-creative itineraries. Participants agreed that to truly continue giving value to our guests, that they would have to begin to become more creative in their tour offerings and reply-to-requests.
To all our potential guests out there, look out for new and improved Vietnam tour itineraries coming your way!
