Local projects

Footprint strives to be a major player in environmental protection, sustainability and community-based tourism development in Vietnam. We believe that our experience and knowledge is a invaluable asset to those NGO's (both national and international) that seek to preserve the environment and reduce poverty with tourism. Thus, we are quick to jump on board and share the responsibility and become an example for others to follow.

A. Our projects and involvement

1. Responsible Travel Club
Footprint believed that we could not make it successful by doing just within us, our own capacity, so from 2008, Footprint has called the attention of other tour operators in the North of Vietnam to form the club for responsible travel, by doing so, we all can have much bigger and more positive impacts on environment, culture and the local communities' economy. Please visit our website for more information (www.rtcvietnam.org)
